What are Oatballs?
Oatballs are wholesome no-bake energy balls made with gluten-free oats, organic peanut butter, raw organic honey, organic dates, organic fruits and nuts. We only use ingredients that you can pronounce. These energy balls are as big if not bigger than an average granola bar. These are not little energy bites; just one will satisfy you for hours!
How do I eat my Oatballs?
Your oatballs come ready to eat. Enjoy!
(Some of our customers microwave the peanut butter-based oatballs for about 15 seconds to give that melty, fresh-out-of-the-oven cookie experience!)
What is the shelf life an Oatball?
Your oatballs are good for two weeks if refrigerated and up to six weeks if put in a freezer. We find that most people gobble them up much quicker than 2 weeks 😮
To freeze: Place your oatballs on a cookie sheet and freeze for one to two hours. Remove from cookie sheet and place in an airtight Ziploc® freezer bag (or other airtight container).
Are Oatballs gluten-free?
YES! Every single ingredient we use is gluten free.
Are Oatballs vegan?
Do you offer a Variety Pack?
We offer variety packs on occasion and sell out quickly. We suggest you grab them as fast as you can! When the variety packs are available, we'll post on social media and/or send out an email. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest!

When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. We hand make your oatballs once we receive your order to ensure you have the freshest snacks on the market.

Do you offer Discount Codes?
How do you ship your products?
Oatballs.com uses USPS as our preferred shipping provider. The USPS provides free insurance up to $100 on all packages and offers online package tracking.
How do you determine shipping charges?
Oatballs.com connects directly to the USPS database, which automatically calculates your shipping rate. The USPS calculates shipping rates based upon the destination and weight of the shipped item(s).
We currently ship within the United States only and do not ship to APO/FPO addresses
What is your "Return Policy"?
Our goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us and we will absolutely address the issue.

Do you offer subscriptions or an 'Oatball of the Month' Club?
We sure do! Simply go to the product that you'd like to purchase as part of your subscription. Instead of choosing one-time purchase, choose Subscribe and Save! You can choose to have your Oatballs shipped monthly (3, 6 or 12 months) and be billed at that same frequency. You can also use this feature to send a gift and prepay for the entire subscription in advance.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! We'll be sad to see you go, but we understand life happens. Cancel anytime using the link in your confirmation email. If you don't have your email, simply contact us through any of our social channels or email our Head Baller @ jen@Oatballs.com
