What are Oatballs?
Oatballs are wholesome no-bake energy balls made with gluten-free oats, organic peanut butter, raw organic honey, organic dates, organic fruits and nuts. We only use ingredients that you can pronounce. These energy balls are as big if not bigger than an average granola bar. These are not little energy bites; just one will satisfy you for hours!
How do I eat my Oatballs?
Your oatballs come ready to eat. Just unwrap, bite and Smile!
(Some of our customers microwave the peanut butter-based oatballs for about 15 seconds to give that melty, fresh-out-of-the-oven cookie experience!)
How many Oatballs come in an order?
You will get 6 oatballs per order. You can order as many oatballs you want of course!
What is the shelf life an Oatball?
Your oatballs are good for six weeks when refrigerated and up to 3 months when frozen. We find that most people gobble them up much quicker than that however 😮
To freeze: Remove your oatballs from the shipping box (leave foiled) and place in an airtight Ziploc® freezer bag (or other airtight container).
Are Oatballs gluten-free?
YES! Every single ingredient we use is gluten free.
Are Oatballs vegan?
Yes! Our only exception is our Monster Cookie Oatball which is made with Milk Chocolate M&M'S®.
Do you offer a Variety Pack?
You can order a variety of flavors to create your own variety pack. All oatballs are individually wrapped and labeled so you'll know which ball is which flavor upon opening your box! Oatballs come in quantities of six.
QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERING?
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We hand make your oatballs once we receive your order to ensure you have the freshest snacks on the market. We currently ship twice a week: Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed by noon on Sunday will ship on Monday and orders placed by noon on Monday will ship on Tuesday. Orders placed after noon on Monday will ship the following Monday. This ensures that your order does not sit over the weekend in a postal facility.

How do you ship your products?
Oatballs.com uses USPS as our preferred shipping provider for U.S. shipping and UPS for Canadian shipping. The USPS and UPS both provide free insurance up to $100 on all packages and offer online package tracking.
How do you determine shipping charges?
Oatballs.com connects directly to the USPS and UPS shipping databases, which automatically calculate your shipping rate. Shipping rates are based upon the destination and weight of the shipped item(s). We are able to offer FREE Priority shipping to U.S. addresses with a minimum purchase of $50.
We currently ship within the United States (USPS) and Canada (UPS). We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to Canada is at our discounted cost with UPS regardless of order size.
What is your "Return Policy"?
Our goal is for every customer to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us and we will address the issue on a case by case basis.

Do you offer subscriptions or an 'Oatball of the Month' Club?
We sure do! We call it our Baller Club. You choose your how many, how often and for how long you want Oatballs to be shipped to you automatically. Our subscription pricing saves you money. You can chose to pay when your Oatballs are shipped or prepay for the entire club subscription (that's where you save the most!) The Baller Club subscription makes a great gift that keeps on giving!
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! We've made our Baller Club completely flexible. Change your flavor, pause or update your shipments or even cancel anytime using the link in your confirmation email. If you don't have your email, simply contact us through any of our social channels or email our Head Baller @ jen@Oatballs.com
